The seller and the website

Products and prices

Catalogue prices are shown in Malagasy ariary (Ar) for the stated size. Sizes still to be specified and the final total are confirmed with Brenda before you agree to the order. For large quantities, check availability with her.

Images present the product. Handmade products and their packaging may vary. An illustration of a project or an announced product does not guarantee immediate availability.

Buy in the shop, reserve or order

You can buy directly in the shop. To reserve products or request delivery:

1. Choose the products, sizes and quantities you want.
2. Write to Brenda on WhatsApp with your selection and whether you would like collection or delivery. The links on the website open the conversation directly.
3. Brenda confirms the total price, payment terms and collection or delivery arrangements with you.
4. The order is confirmed once you have agreed to these details and Brenda has confirmed that she will fulfil it.

Payment, collection and delivery

Payment is by cash or Orange Money transfer, preferably in ariary (MGA). Payment in euros is possible by agreement with Brenda. The website does not offer online payment. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with Brenda. Collection is from the Candeur Malagasy shop near Tatie Chris in Madirokely, Nosy Be, during the opening hours shown on The shop. Agree the collection time with Brenda.

Delivery on Nosy Be depends on the location, order value and conditions set out on How to order. The place, date, total amount and any travel charge are agreed with Brenda before the order.

Changes, cancellation and problems on receipt

To change or cancel a request, contact Brenda as soon as possible. What is possible depends on how far preparation has progressed. If a product arrives damaged or differs from what was confirmed, specify the product and purchase date, with a photograph if it helps explain the problem.

Brenda reviews the request with you to agree on an appropriate solution, without limiting any mandatory rights applicable to the purchase. This website does not announce a uniform return period or automatic refund.

Using the products

Follow the use instructions and precautions on the label and product page. Ask for any missing information before buying, especially if an ingredient is a particular concern for you.

Projects and pre-registration

Announcements of future products or classes present projects in preparation. Pre-registration expresses interest and permits contact about the selected project; it is not a purchase, a guaranteed reservation or a commitment to pay.
